RETURN POLICY

For customized products:

Onlyyours.in will review replacement/return requests for the following issues: faulty product such as a hole in a product, a print error by onlyyours.in relating to quality or incorrect image if it is onlyyours.in’s fault. onlyyours.in is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages.


For in store products:

The products purchased from in-store category are applicable for exchange. Customers can exchange their products within 15 days of the order delivery. All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are applicable on accessories such as Mugs, Mobile Covers, Badges and Stickers only in case of product damages. The refund amount will be credited to the payment source within 48 hours after we verify the returned package.
